• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Drive agency business growth and improve market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with team members and support them in achieving their goals.
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and sales.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in any industry.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
