Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees. Deliver product, process, sales, and behavioral training programs. Train Agency Managers, Unit Managers, Advisors, and Sales Teams. Identify training needs through performance analysis. Conduct refresher training and certification programs. Monitor training effectiveness and improve sales productivity. Coordinate with Branch Managers and Sales Leaders for training calendars. Maintain training records, MIS, and compliance reports. Coach field teams through joint field visits and on-the-job training.
