Job Details

• Position: Assistant Development Manager
• Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
• CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Managers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
• Drive business growth and market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience in any industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
